{"id":9463,"date":"2025-03-31T13:13:57","date_gmt":"2025-03-31T11:13:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fademur.es\/fademur\/?p=9463"},"modified":"2025-03-31T13:13:58","modified_gmt":"2025-03-31T11:13:58","slug":"fademur-castilla-la-mancha-lo-rural-se-ponga-de-moda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fademur.es\/fademur\/fademur-castilla-la-mancha-lo-rural-se-ponga-de-moda\/","title":{"rendered":"FADEMUR y las mujeres rurales har\u00e1n que lo rural se ponga de moda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8211; Con esta nueva edici\u00f3n del programa de continuidad REDMUR, FADEMUR contin\u00faa trabajando por impulsar y apoyar a la red de proyectos de autoempleo en el medio rural de Castilla-La Mancha.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>&#8211; El arranque de Redmur se celebr\u00f3 en La Iglesuela del Ti\u00e9tar con un taller sobre mujer rural y creativo.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Mujeres Rurales, Fademur ha iniciado su programa REDMUR en la regi\u00f3n. La Red de Emprendimiento e Inserci\u00f3n sociolaboral para la diversificaci\u00f3n de actividades en el medio rural, adem\u00e1s, estrena imagen con el dise\u00f1o de Isa Nieto, mujer rural y creativa de Estudio La Trilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la organizaci\u00f3n feminista rural recuerdan que es fundamental fortalecer el empleo aut\u00f3nomo en el medio rural de Castilla-La Mancha, clave para frenar la despoblaci\u00f3n y fomentar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico local. Estrategias como la digitalizaci\u00f3n, el acceso a financiaci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n en emprendimiento y la creaci\u00f3n de redes de colaboraci\u00f3n pueden marcar la diferencia. Por eso, el papel de proyectos como Redmur es fundamental, ya que proporcionan apoyo espec\u00edfico a mujeres emprendedoras, promoviendo su empoderamiento y facilitando la consolidaci\u00f3n de sus negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, la diversificaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica con actividades ligadas al turismo rural, la agroindustria y los servicios locales pueden generar un impacto positivo en la sostenibilidad de estas comunidades, tal y como indica su coordinadora, Lola Mart\u00edn, quien asegura que \u201chemos presentado esta nueva edici\u00f3n de Redmur en el municipio de La Iglesuela del Ti\u00e9tar, Toledo. Luego las asistentes han participado en un interesante taller donde de la mano de Isa Nieto, de Estudio la Trilla\u201d, donde se han trabajado herramientas muy valiosas para potenciar la visibilidad, competitividad y crecimiento de negocios, especialmente en entornos con desaf\u00edos particulares como el medio rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para Fademur es muy importante que las productoras rurales pongan en marcha estrategias para atraer m\u00e1s clientes a productos o servicios en el medio rural. A trav\u00e9s del uso de plataformas para promocionarse, creando historias atractivas sobre el producto o servicio que conecten con el p\u00fablico consumidor, asoci\u00e1ndose con otros negocios rurales, generando influencias locales y participando en eventos para ganar visibilidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de esta primera actuaci\u00f3n, se celebrar\u00e1n en diferentes municipios de la regi\u00f3n talleres, ferias de emprendimiento, adem\u00e1s de formaci\u00f3n online y noticias de inter\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma de REDMUR Castilla-La Mancha y una campa\u00f1a de difusi\u00f3n para dar a conocer el programa y buscar alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas que buscan la sostenibilidad del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en <a href=\"https:\/\/clm.redmur.org\/\"><strong>redmur.org<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa se ha puesto en marcha gracias a la asignaci\u00f3n tributaria del impuesto sobre la renta de las personas f\u00edsicas, en el \u00e1mbito de Castilla-La Mancha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
